Thank you for letting us look at these!

I love those t-strap shoes (the white, for $1.66!)
I also love those tunics...yes, please, I'll take a dozen.

I saw these online @ JCPenny.com - they remind me of those white t-strap numbers...and they're on sale :)

And...they're available in NAVY! :)

Kim B, you're amazing! I couldn't get the address to work but I went to JCP.com and there are a bunch of great t-strap shoes, all on sale! :D
(Plus, they have wide widths, which I can never find) Yay!

You're too kind - just trying to help a fellow Loungette and shoe-lover out :)

And I made it so the link works...I can never get that right on the first try!

I'm glad ya'll are enjoying it. I posted the mens over in the General Attire section if anyone's interested. There are about 800+ pgs in this catalog so if there are any special requests let me know and I'll post :)

So what did you do if you actually had hips?

I have several 30s patterns that I will be tackling soon, and I definitely have hips. Hopefully I can cut the skirts a bit wider with a bit less scoop-in under the hips at the bottom so they are reminiscent of the style, but not unflattering. They will be shorter as well, because I just can't carry that length. As long at the pattern has a waist, I can make it work.

Kim, that's the exact pair I spotted and really liked! I think they're adorable.

texasgirl, are there more women's things in the catalog? (Undergarments maybe? Hope that doesn't sound wacko) I love looking at the clothes, the accessories--heck, I even love the illustrations.

Those are just the drawings, much like those long praying mantis type women of the 20s. I have many many 30s patterns and they are ample in the hip department :)

Oh there are about 20+ pages of just undergarments! I'll take it to work on Thurs and scan some more. (I have jury duty Wed-ugh) I'll do some accessories too. Maybe some sportswear too?

Anyone else have any requests? Feel free to post ideas :)
