As much as I would love to fill my home with nothing newer than 1935, that's just not possible. How about we all contribute to this thread with where we can find new furniture, furnishings, & appliances that just look vintage. Be sure to include where we can purchase these items.

Why not?

We used vintage appliances in our home until 2003, at which time I built a "dream kitchen" to the better half's specifications (Jenn-Air gas and electric cooktops, 2 Jenn-Air convection ovens, 2 Kohler sinks, 2 Bosch dishwashers, 2 Panasonic microwaves, 28 cubic foot double door refrigerator, central vac system).

The BH has found that the modern appliances are neither appreciably more efficient nor easier to clean than vintage units. I am building another kitchen in my current project, a 1912 vintage bungalow, also to the Better Half's specifications. This time these specifications include a wall-hung sink, a 1926 vintage range, a Monitor Top refrigerator, a linoleum floor and a Hoosier Cupboard. The antique kitchen, incedentally, costs far, far less to build than a decent modern space, by the way, and is actually easier to keep sparkling clean. Dust and grime does not tend to accumulate under appliances and cabinets which stand on legs, and cabinets with glass doors magically stay neat.

If you don't have the time or patience to track down functioning vintage appliances, don't have the skills or means to have them restored, or don't have an understanding better half, there are always Big Chill refrigerators; Elmira Stoveworks's Northstar line of large appliances; and SMEG refrigerators and freezers.

Disclaimer, though, I have none of these so I can't vouch for their quality - only that I appreciate their styling. We recently acquired a Fisher & Paykel fridge that I think has a nice classic look - and will look even better with my vintage Frigidaire badge magnet slipped over the printed logo.

I really fancied a SMEG (though the price of them over here - yikes!), but in the end when I fitted my kitchen back in 2008, I opted for a stacked fridge / freezer unit that is tucked in behind the same oak shaker-style doors as the rest of the kitchen. It's not really a period kitchen per se, but it has a fairly timeless look I like to think of as frou-froued up shaker. The immediate giveaways of its modernity are the stainless steel hood over the cooker and the touch-controlled electric hob. Fairly unobtrusive to my eye, though. Unwilly to spend over the odds for a concealed washing machine (and the GBP100 installation charge, as opposed to the for free of a regular machine), I went looking for something that had a bit of vintage flair without breaking the bank. Ended up with this:

This is the Indesit Moon, which to my eye represents a prime piece of retro-futurist design. It's also the easiest, most efficient washing machine I've ever owned. Just once in a while you can get what you want.

In a couple of years' time, I'll probably be looking at replacing my sofa, which after twelve years of hard use is looking a little tired. There are a whole bunch of places doing repro deco stuff, but I'm actually tempted to go with an older style...
