I now have British, Dutch, Italian, and Spanish government issue commando sweaters in the collection. Always liked the military surplus woolly pullies best.

When you say ‘military surplus’ Woolly Pullies do you mean second-hand as opposed to the Woolly Pullies bought new?I now have British, Dutch, Italian, and Spanish government issue commando sweaters in the collection. Always liked the military surplus woolly pullies best.
I like the Spanish pattern.I whole heartily agree, woolly pullies are great, (You can get German army & navy WPs too) The Spanish one shown above looks to be Bottle Green Colour and has more than one style of pattern / knitting too.

Most of mine are as above, new and unissued, but I have bought some from Surplus shops when they have been in very good condition. ( I happen to be wearing one of the latter now, an RAF Crew Neck WP.)
Good photo/sweater, I am in my black roll neck wp now. I was wearing couple of my Roll neck Wps last week and my bosses said he liked them.
