You look like a prohibition agent waiting for the "go" word ! That Hat is perfect with the Tommy!!:eusa_clap :eusa_clap

Hey, believe it or not, I had a hand in bustin' a still one time. I was about 10 or 12 years old and was visiting at my grandfather and grandmother Dobson's place at Little Mountain just outside of Nebo, NC. They were living out of the state at the time and we had stopped by to check on the house. I went down in the woods to the old spring to play, and ran up on a working still !

I got out of there fast, and told my parents. Of course they didn't believe me. [huh] But I was so insistent that my dad went with me to take a look. When he saw it, he picked me up and cut a path back to the house PDQ. We called the Sheriff and shortly thereafter they cut down the still. As a "reward" I got the copper worm. I still have it hanging up in my well house.

So, I guess looking like a "revenuerer" may be right on target. :D

Interesting story, Big Man. The Thompson, morbidly enough, seems like a great accessory. (Even though the barrel is longer for legal reasons. :p)

I still want to shoot one of those.

Looking good Edward. I understand about the retractable horns, but how did you lose the Red :eusa_doh: .

Smashing, Edward! The cocked eyebrow and slight smirk make it.

Thank-you Sir. That's the default Marlowe expression. "I call it blue steel." lol

So, Big Man, tell me...do Revenuer's still drink sweet tea from Mason Jars whilst sitting in a rocker on the porch of an evening?

Or is there something else in them there jars?

I have to admit that I'm expecting you to post vintage a sepiatone picture of the whole possee sitting on the porch any day now.

Lovin' the shoes, Mr Jones!

And as an historian of sorts, I gotta say that the scrollwork on the gate is magnificent. In fact, I noticed the architecture before I even realized you were in the pic, buddy. Sorry.

Here's one of me wearing my son's (actually his great-grandfather's) train engineer's cap. Worked well with the shirt and braces I already had on. Too bad the pic was taken on a cell phone.

Oh, thank you so much! I only wish I had that sort of effect.
A wonderful trip though. I hope you get over there soon. :)

Congrats, DW!
