Mallory straw fedora – size 7-1/2. This hat was advertised on ebay as “black,” but it is dark green with a matching green ribbon. It was a vintage NOS uniform hat with a center crease. Rather than return it, I decided to try and reshape the crown into a teardrop, which came out well, but it just not a color I will wear. When reshaping, the crown softened up, but the brim is still stiff as a board. The leather sweatband has some splits in it, but it is still wearable as-is. Just looking to get my money back out of it – asking $35 shipped in the U.S.
