This is, AFAIK, the first industrial film about making musical instruments. Until recently, it was thought to have been lost (or at least well hidden - we saxophone historians can be a jealous bunch).
The Buescher Band Instrument Co., of Elkhart, Indiana, helped start a boom in saxophone sales in the early 1920s, producing over 150,000 instruments during the decade. Many saxophonists (myself included) play Buescher's classic True-Tones and Aristocrats to this day.
This is a silent film, but you might enjoy it with recordings by Clyde Doerr, a Buescher endorsing sax artist of the day.
