MacLachlan Homburg, 7 1/2, Light Gray, Immaculate

SOLD. In a few days I'll put this gorgeous light gray MacLachlan Homburg up on ebay. The felt is amazing; buttery soft, dense, medium thick. With a wind trolley. Here are the particulars. Black ribbon, 2", Crown is 4 1/2" in front, 5 1/2" midship, 5 1/4" in back. Brim is 2" (stitched at the bottom of the grosgrain), Tartan liner (sewn), MacLachlan's "Air-Vac" treatment (holes in sweat and punched indentations on the underside where the brim meets the sweat). Not a mark of any kind on it. Sold to me as NOS. Looking for $150.

I don't. No obvious indications. The wind trolley suggests not too late. The tag under the sweat is the same as 50s and 60s I've seen here.

I think it is true to size, regular oval. Shipping in the US depends on where you are; in the continental US, tops would be about $14.50. Will ship in a new corrugated box.

Thank you. I think a true to size 7 1/2 would be too big for me. My hat size is a 7 1/4. REALLY good looking hat, I love many things about it, never seen one like it before, with the sweatband and the tartan liner. This looks like a special hat!
