Just looking at the bottom of the jacket, but isn't that an L2?

Its an L-2B. Most likely a 1961 Skyline. It has a zipper box flap, pocket flaps, epaulets but apparently no roundel. That puts it in a fairly narrow set of contracts. The L-2B contracts proceeding the '61 Skyline had USAF roundels on the left shoulder. Most of the contracts thereafter were missing either the epaulets or zipper box flap or pocket flaps. By 1967 all of those things were gone from the L-2B.

There may have been an Alpha contract that came immediately after the Skyline that included all the flaps and epaulets, but I can't recall for sure. If so, it was a small contract relative to the 1961 Skyline.

Just looked at my notes. I'm thinking of the 1963 Martin Lane. It had epaulets, pocket flaps, a zipper box flap and no roundel. So I have to correct myself. Ralph's L-2B could have also been a 1963 Martin Lane.

That sounds like a Japanese repro to me. What does the master, Atticus, think?

I'm not familiar with this maker. I'd love to see a photo of the jacket and, if possible, a close-up of the tag.

It is made in China by a Hong Kong company that sells real and repro vintage wear.

Hm..., what the market price of this jacket + - ?( in $ usd ), unfortunately I can not find the offer
I think they sold out the L-2B. I'd say they sell it in the range of USD 130 to 200 retail. It is more a fashion item for those who do not know better or care much about quality. They very often have huge clearance sale and I just went to one of them a couple weeks ago. I did not buy anything despite the price reduction.

Lol. They started off trading real vintage clothings but expanded into developing own label and distribution of other foreign labels e.g. Fullcount jeans. My friends and I are not impressed at all by their own label as one can buy equal if not better and yet much cheaper made in China repros on Taobao not to mention Alpha Industries etc foreign brands. Below link is to their other shop that sells foreign labels goods.
