Hi all
Found this at a second hand shop.

It was a bit grubby and torn inside. But the wife cleaned it, stitched it and also shaved it.

It's come up really nicely.

What can you tell me about it please?

Nice - difficult to give a year without the contract number but its from between 1965 and 1971 judging by the aluminium zipper. Ive got a couple of these older M-65s and I think they are phenomenal jackets - just so comfortable, and they look great.

God knows how it Ended up in a shop in Yorkshire. But im glad it did.
I've looked around a bit but not seen any with the grey lining.

Also the zips threw me. Expected scovilles.

You’ve found a valuable item that has been restored well! Based on your description, it seems like a leather item, possibly a bag or jacket, that’s been cleaned and repaired. Items like this, when properly restored, can retain significant value. Without further details, it’s hard to identify exactly, but it’s likely a piece of vintage or high-quality craftsmanship. If you're curious about its specific brand or model, looking for any tags or markings would help.
