I've been a Dog Guy my whole life. Always loved the Northern Breeds and had a beautiful Samoyed as our first child. He was incredible with the kids when they came along. Best dog I ever had. When our last dog passed away a few years ago (German Shepherd/Lab mix) a neighborhood cat adopted us. She is an incredible cat, acts just like a dog. Follows me around, always 'helps' me when I'm working on stuff just like my dogs always did, and hangs around outside with me as well, even though she stays strictly inside now.

What a story. I've been a dog person too just because our family had dogs only. Though a few years ago we found a small kitten near a waste container, she was dirty and had injured paw. That's how she became our first cat.

That's how she looks now, though she still limps sometimes and we give her medicine with pill shooters like this. She doesn't like it of course

Great looking cat. Good job on taking her in and giving her a good home.
