Oh, I love "meeting" all your animal friends!! What an adorable bunch. And to all who've lost a pet, my deepest sympathy.

My menagerie is down to 1 dog and 1 horse these days...

Chinook, my li'l strawberry roan Appaloosa:

^ He's looking a little awkward there, but let me assure you he's mighty cute on level ground. I just trail ride, though we did gymkhanas and 4-H stuff through high school.

And then Banjo, my "pygmy Husky":

I posted a pic of this kitty before. My neighbors had her as a kitten, kept her outside 24/7 and then left her behind when they moved after 3 years. Named her Mattie because she was covered in mats. It's been about 10-months and we get along pretty well - I can pet her, brush her and am working on holding her... the goal is to get her to a vet to be sure she's healthy. She's a pretty girl.

This is my cat Macaroni. He is quite disgusted with the attention Mattie is getting up on the fence, but has no desire to leave the comfort of the very squashed, once flowering, potted plant to do anything about it. Plus the fact he's cross-eyed, so he probably thinks there are at least 4 big cats on the fence.

And it's all fun and games until someone gets a cone on their head. Still the happiest dog in the world though. My Aussie Shepherd/Border Collie Mix nursing an injured paw.

My Weimaraner and what USED to be my Stetson Center Dent Panama Fedora.... I still love her, though!

Ooops. I love the look on her face.."you mean that was not a new chew toy fro me daddy" We had a lab years ago who chewed a hole in the crown of one of my wifes hats. It was funny because I got the phone call that started off with "Do you what YOUR dog did?" but when the dog was beeing sweet it was always "her sweet lab"

This is not my cat, but he's in my apartment very often. :D

Meet Oreo:

He's my houseowners' cat - they have 3 actually - but everyone in the house (there is a total of only 3 parties) always leaves the door open for them to go in and out.

I'll try to take a picture of the other two as well, but they're not as relaxed as Oreo... I'm gonna do my best though. :D

I think Gladstone is planning something.

This is his favorite spot. He sits here and watches cars (and squirrels) go by:

Kitty is no longer with us, but she had a knack for finding the coolest places to sit.
