Heavy Horsehide Lost Worlds Cafe racer marked as size 48. I have owned/own several LW jackets. They are well known for their heft and quality. This one is being sold as it is too big for me. I am 5' 9" 190 and typically wear a size 44-42. You can see the sizing on me in the video.

The measurements are pictured in the album linked to below. My experience with LW is the size marked is an accurate size.
