How is the goat compared to the horse?
Was thinking of a langlitz goat jacket but I would love to know how the Lost Worlds goat is.

I just rode out west using the LW goat J-23 in June during the hottest part of the summer. I used it all day when riding and found it very comfortable. Got caught in some rain on my way back to Tennessee in Missouri and did not get wet period. For cool mornings etc it works great for cold mornings I go to the Horse so both serve their purpose.

How many oz's? Goat is as thick as Stuart had at the time probably 3 to 3.5 OZ Horse was definitely 4 OZ
Did you go with the horse and goat from Lost World? Absolutely Lost Worlds all the way!!!

I have been dealing with Stuart for quite awhile I prefer his jackets.

That's one helluva jacket! It looks marvelous on you as well. Perfect. If I was sure I could fit one of his stock "48's I'd take a chance but the size up penalty and NY State sales tax is just too much.

Reviving this thread. Hoping to pull the trigger on one of these before the end of the year. Would apprecaite more photos (video lins are now gone too) from anyone who has one of these. Also the "quilted" lining. How warm is it? I have an Easy Ryder with Cotton drill inter-lining (thank you Sweetfights) and wondered if it's the same/warmer, etc? Also the Easy Ryder is a 42, thinking a stock 44 with this one, I'm 6' 0" and 195 lbs, typically require 26" or longer sleeves. Thanks in advance...

The quilted lining is quite warm Randy and Stu uses a silky soft "flight Nylon" for the shell. I absolutely loved the liner on mine. Was toasty and super easy on/off.
