Lost Worlds A-2 and Aviator Half Belt Jackets for sale

Well the main thing that baffles me is the 19" pit-to-pit. That's the main danger for me. Everything else is pretty spot on.
I wear a 34 bottom torso and 36 upper torso.

P2P - 19” (to me that's 34 and below, sketchy!)
Chest - 15.25" (to me that's a 36, pretty perfect for me)
Shoulder - 17.25” (also closer to 36 or 38, pretty perfect for me)
Sleeve - 24.5” (perfect)
Back - 23.25” (close to perfect)
Bottom hem - 17.5" (also closer to 34, works for me)
Waist - 18" (34-36, pretty decent for me, could be a little bit slimmer)

So the pit-to-pit + being in EU while jacket is in US turns this into a nail biting dangerous gamble haha.

Oh your right, I see that 19 pit to pit.. as you probably know, I purchased the a2 Ed was selling in a size 34 but the pit to pit is 20”.
I don’t think Ed is on here much but I would ask for pictures of the chest measurements. I would like to have that jacket but I need to stop buying jackets for a while lol

Yeah he sent me pictures of measuring the pit-to-pit as well as some other things I requested.
The 19" is legit. But overall I think chest and upper back width is more important than pit-to-pit width.

That’s funny because I was thinking the same thing about you lol..
well that takes me off of that list anyway because I can squeeze into a 19 pit to pit but I’m closer to a 20. Man I feel better now lol

Is that the same horsehide as the a2 I purchased from you Ed? It reminds me of the 1950’s chromium tanned Hercules horsehide jackets I owned. Same feel and durability. Thick and yet soft, it’s hard to explain but I can see it aging very similarly to those vintage jackets.. I’ve worn it everyday day even in the rain and there’s very little breaking in! It has to be the way the leather is tanned. I’m curious as to where lost worlds gets their horsehide. It just amazes me how different this leather is compared to the aero jackets I have. Both brands are fantastic and yet so different. Whoever gets that aviator jacket is in for a treat!

Oh I figured so! This a2 is fantastic.. I’ve worn it everyday day since the day it landed at my door step lol.. it’s actually starting to take on some character! I will at some point take some pictures and post them.

So here are the measurements you guys requested.

P2P stretched out is about 19.5”
Back at narrowest point is about 16”

Wow that is a beautiful jacket but a bit too little in the chest and shoulders for me. Thanks for going that extra mile for us!
