Looking for a Vistascope 16mm attachment by Old Delft (1950s era)

If you happen to have one laying around, or preferably well cared for in a box I'd be interested.
I'm looking for new (old) ways to make cinemascope style photos and videos. I prefer the model B for 16mm cameras.

Hmm... I've been following filmmaking and photo equipment since the 1960s, but I never heard of this thing!

You might be better off asking about this on more specialized photo equipment forums like photo.net and phototrio.com, or even better, 16mm filmmaking-oriented sites.
