Uh- oh. That makes any potential sober- up delay caused by assembly time completely moot.
This now brings LIIT into the sphere of afternoon yard- work and gardening beverages. For about an hour.

Hence my old rule of "Never drink anything that you can't make again after drinking 9 of them." This would include Pina Coladas, Long Island Iced Teas, and most foo foo drinks. I don't really attempt to get really hammered anymore, but Beer about covers it these days.

I like the-m if they are mixed from scratch, some bars around here serve some premixed crap that you just add a splash of cola to. It is disgusting. Real ones are delicious.

It is an art and a skill to be able to mix vodka, gin, tequila, and rum in the right proportions so that the tastes blend smoothly. You not only have to consider those spirits in general terms, but be familiar with the particular brand of each, knowing where each has to be balanced in particular.

Of course, most people who order them don't actually care and would be just as well served by a pour of grain alcohol in a glass of Coke.
