Good point it's time to clarify the schedule a bit.
So far the two big suggestions are to visit the pop up store in Shoreditch and to have a dinner in brick lane. We will also visit the sons of stag shop which is in the area.
Are there other places to consider?
Lunch would depend on where we start, speaking of which how many of you are up for lunch?

Thirty years ago there were loads of leather businesses on Brick Lane where they made jackets in the basement, and could even accomodate custom orders. Nowadays the businesses are mostly still there, but few make anything in the UK; primarily, the manufacturing is done in Pakistan or India to keep labour costs and therefore retail price, as demanded by the mainstream fashion market, down. You'll find a jacket for £100 or less, and if you want a Brando-type and don't care about where it's made, there's a fair chance that you'll find something close to a Schott if you're prepared to leaf through several of them. Fit and such will vary, and there's nothing to touh an Aero of course.
A little further East, there's Silverman's government and army surplus store, in its (relatively) new premises on Mile End Road. The occasional Vanson, usually a few Schotts, quite a few jackets in their house-brand GTH. Good selection of Chippewa and RedWing boots. Not the cheapest seller, though - worth a quick look if you're passing anyhow, but I wouldn't go out of your way.
Oh.... and just remember they only open Mon-Fri and Sunday, no Saturday, so not one for the same day...
