Well, we had our King Kong show last night -- a pretty fair crowd for a February night, over 100, and we even managed to coax the star himself onstage for a special award presentation after the picture ended.

I'm terrified. No, really, I am.

Until I opened up this thread, I thought that Hem's deranged toy had somehow escaped Comm. Ave. and was terrorizing your small village. What a relief! And, BTW, Ms. LM, you look smashing!

This was indeed the show we were publicizing with the special trailer -- the guy who did our animation was on hand to talk about his work, and he brought along the actual models and armatures he used to do the stop-motion work. Fascinating stuff.

Next Sunday I'll be introducing a special showing of "42nd Street," but I have no plans to sing or dance.
