LEVIS 501 JEANS--INCLUDING RAW DENIM!
Levis 501 jeans were first made under the designation "501" in 1890--and in 1997 Levi Strauss re-purchased a pair of original 1890 501s for $25,000.
By 1964 the jeans had become so iconic that a pair was placed in the Smithsonian Institution's permanent collection.
But most pairs of 501 should be worn, not curated--like the pairs I have today, all of which are in excellent, near-new condition.

1) SOLD UNWORN RAW DENIM Levis 501. Dark blue. Made from raw denim, these are shrink to fit; they have already been carefully washed and so their shrinking is complete. Made in Mexico. Tagged 35/38. Waist: 16 1/2; Inseam: 34 3/4. Just $25, or offer.
