Well, having seen a few pictures there are lots of automatic mechanical watches here and although I do own one vintage handwinder Omega (which I may post in the vintage handwinder section if I ever come across that). I will post an automatic, mechanical, watch.

I’d like to share one of my 2 Hamiltons the one dearest to me. This Khaki Cross (X) wind. It features the über-famous Valjoux 7750 cronograph movement. Mine is 11 years old but still going strong.

Modern hand wound panerai 911 with 8 day power reserve. My 1st high end watch. I love it and I wear it every day.

Finally the weather is getting warmer and I swapped the stainless steel bracelet of my Breitling Super Avenger II for the much lighter racer rubber strap with deployant buckle.

It is a great strap for the warmer months.

Here is a grouping of some of my favorite vintage Bulova's.....
From left to right: 1925 Treasurer; 1936 American Clipper; 1938 Beacon; 1947 Excellency; 1955 Bulova 23 "B" Automatic; and a 1957 Senator "G". All run great and are in regular rotation save the Treasurer which while it does run great, needs a new band so it will actually fit me (is an early, maybe original pigskin band).

As you can tell....I really, really like the elongated and step cases from the 1930's........

The "Central" watch has the original marked "Sea Leopard" (seal skin) strap, and the "Imperial" has it's original gold bracket...

@M Hatman I like those cases too. Patek Philippe has a line called “Gondolo” which use a similar case style that I really like. Also, the JLC Reverso is a great, classic, rectangular case.

It’s also worth checking out Vacheron Constantin’s 1921 cases. A very cool modern watch with classic roots.
