Better to take the GW approach rather than the BK one :D ;)

"Our jackets are made somewhere in the European area, by a half-Italian guy"

..and we at BK are now very excited about being backed by a group of financiers from Britain whom we will reveal soon.
..well..not really SOON soon. Might take a few more years. Be patient...:eusa_doh:

I was not around for that incident but I can tell you I'm a really down to earth guy. I'm a USN vet, a pilot and have been a collector for years. Part of my inspiration on this 37J1 project was to get a accurate reproduction for my collection, so the details are very important to me. I have enjoyed putting this jacket together and I'm happy with the results. I am now sampling hides for future jackets and there is an A-1 in the works. I just got the labels in today. They turned out very nice!

SkyHawk, you look cool as heck in your fit pic. :)
Thanks! That was the first test jacket. Those nice ripples on the arms happened quickly over a few weeks of driving in it. I really put that jacket through hell too. I wanted to make sure it would hold up. It's still solid after wall ball, soccer, climbing and driving long hours over the course of 2 months.

Easy to tell you're a person very passionate and knowledgable about jackets. That's the #1 QC test I look for in my book before venturing into an otherwise new maker. In this case, country of origin isn't as important to me, because I'm willing to bet the odds are high the guy behind the jackets has a high standard of quality if they're as "into it" as you seem to be. Really nice design.

Skyhawk, that's an amazing achievement! Hats off to you sir! Amazing looking goat, nice stitching, great price, I could go for one of those!

Hey, as long as it's not made by malnourished pre-schoolers in a North Korean sweatshop, I'm not really bothered about where you source your production.
