Any recommendations on how to remove contact cement from leather ?

Depends on the contact cement .... I have had good results removing glue from jackets with either "zoff" ( used for removing gum residue ans sticky stuff nleft by decals on motorcycles and is water soluable solvent) or something as simple as a pencil eraser.

Not sure what was used.
Appears to be a soft sticky gum similar to Barge cement.
Thanks for the reply.

I'll try the pencil eraser for now until I find out if Zoff is available in US.
