I placed an order on Nov. 16 (#287). An e-mail I sent afew days ago was answered very promptly and courteously by Kahla. She said my order was in the final stage of production and would ship in about 2 weeks. She said "it will be well worth the wait!". A longer-then-estimated production time might be mitigated by an AWESOME pair of jeans. We'll see.

wow, first time I heard some concrete information about their production time. My order is 1273...I think I will get my jacket by end of the year.

Great to see some items arriving.

Looks good for the money and fit looks good. Though I'm not sure Ferrari would let similar go out with some of those inconsistencies :)

That's great griff. I had a similar shirt ordered, and one in the 24oz Melton which would have been great on the bike. Hopefully all your gear arrives shortly. It's really good to see some products rolling out.

It's good that you received you order, but i can't help but notice that the stitching looks pretty sloppy!

I mean, if you look at the picture of the sleeve end, it looks all over the place, there isn't a straight line in there...
Not super Ferrari like.

The stitching is actually good, it looks bad on the pic because the fabric is thick (its 7oz) and its double so it isnt flat but these "unflat" spots doent show on the pic, camera makes it look flat.

I went and doubble-checked and its all good irl.
Im not saying its the best I have ever seen, but I went through them both and there is nowhere I can see anything that looks uneven, no place caught my eye at all. I had the uneveness on my promo-jeans but these looks very well made.

The bad things are the cross under the arms, and the fact that the checkered shirt isnt lined up on the front, but really thats it.

The rest of the order is:
* Herringbone shirt 12oz
* 18oz jeans

In the far future is:
* Western shirt topaz thread, white marble buttons (dark as the moonless night to get some fades and then washed 100 times to acuire that oldschool denimshirt-syle)
* another herringbone shirt
* type 2 in indigo x indigo
* waxed jacket with pendelton wool body and checkered lining in arms (cant remember the name of this)
* natural belt
* pants for GF

Now I wait for production to speed up but I would love the checkered shirt in blu, and that cross pendelton fabric they have on the website in the sedona pattern, and hopefully they will come out with some more chambrays and omg more herringbones. Its also not impossible I will get some kind of black x black jeans someday. If they start with duck, then duck chinos.

Well, still no refund. I sent a couple of emails. I got one today saying that because it's over 120 days old, they have had to send paperwork to merchant services to get it approved. This sounds like crap to me, as Langlitz etc Can refund meh on the spot anytime. Anyone got any thoughts on this?

If you paid with a credit card, open a dispute. Or, contact Lawless and tell them if they don't refund within two business days you will open a dispute with your credit card company. If you paid with PP, you should do so immediately.

It's their latest ruse to avoid giving back cash. It's just one excuse after another now.

Another one for order delays is saying that it was in cutting, but the fabric got damaged, hence the delay. It's amazing how unlucky they've been with different materials.

I'm now getting concerned about my third and final refund, as none of the signs look good. I just want to put all this behind me and put the cash towards IH gear that gets delivered from Japan in a week.

It is nonsense, no doubt. Amazon, Langlitz, bakers all refund within 24 hours regardless of when the order was placed. I've just sent them an email highlighting that. I've also requested they refund immediately, and send me a confirmation or I will go to my bank and sort it out....hoping this gets a response. Talk about how to win friends and influence people. I've been very polite and patient throughout....will keep you all posted.

This is what i sent them when i asked for a refund and it was done within 24 hours!

"I have been looking around online, and I have pretty much lost all hope of ever seeing my jeans.I think it is time for me to ask you for a refund…
I will be expecting it by the end of the week, after that i will get in contact with my credit card company."

It had been exactly 122 days since my order, so the whole "120" days thing sounds like random lies to me!
Honestly, i'm pretty sure they just don't have the money to refund people and are waiting for some orders to come in to get the cash...

The interesting thing is that they've upped the prices of their shirts to an eye-watering $168. I can't see any sane person paying that for a 6+ month wait and an uncertain outcome, so it must mean that yet another 50% sale is imminent.

But this time, many of the punters are wise to what's going on, so the cash inflow from this will be relatively small.

Looking back at my cancellation email, I gave them until Friday to refund me. If they don't, then I'll try to get my credit card company involved.

Based on the limited information I have, and my own personal experience with them, I wonder how close they are to trading insolvent? I have no idea about the laws in USA, but I know here in Australia, it's a crime, and one that they punish with a heavy hand.
