I'm a larger sized gal - about 18/20 who is also just starting my 2nd pregnancy. I haven't been able to find any vintage clothing style in my size and will have to start sewing them myself. I did see a few threads on patterns, but the link shows up as blank, a red 'x' or as being removed or invalid.
I'm looking for some examples of dresses from wartime 40's and post war dresses that will fit my frame well and possibly work for maternity wear. I've scoured the internet with no luck, there just aren't many examples of dresses on larger ladies! I also have issues fitting into clothing because I'm a 40F on top (thanks to my last pregnancy...sheesh) and thanks to an emergency c-section, I have a flab in the front that I cannot wear a girdle with.
Any hints/tips or where to find pics or patterns for both the larger size and pregnancy for the larger size is most appreciative!
