This is a heavy jacket made with thick pliable Goatskin. Very little noticeable wear. I examined the jacket carefully the only thing I noticed is wearing in the lining at the neck which is shown in the pictures. Pockek, zippers, zipper cloth, teeth, male insertion pins, snaps, lining, leather everything in top condition except as noted. Clean no orders. Testimony to Langlitz build and material quality.
Pit to pit 23-1/4
Arms along curve 26-1/2
Shoulders 21
Back form base of neck 26-1/2

$590 shipped conus net

I like this a lot. Are the shoulders really 21”? I would expect closer to 18.5-19” on a 44 jacket.
Maybe a better question - what height/weight are you?

May be 20.5 at the shoulders, I stretch the shoulders and pit to pit when taking measurements.
The size is not tagged on the jacket I used 44 from my general experience. The jacket fits me well. I am 5-9 185 lbs 42 chest 34 waist wear 33-30 Levi jeans. The goat is out standing on this jacket. Ross Langlitz always considered goat to be the premium leather, the goat drapes much nicer than the steer jackets.

I not keen to sell this Langlitz, I just have way too many jackets (30 + ) and want to buy The Taubers John has listed on this forum. I also have a vintage Langlitz Cascade in a heavy steer. The Langlitz goat is easier more comfortable to wear when not riding.

When I wear my Langlitz goat jacket I causally I feel dressed up, not at all conscious that I am wearing a "motorcycle jacket". The goatskins' soft drape and texture mute the hard lines of the jacket at the hem and cross zip. From the front, I am not aware of the waist ties which are useful to adjust the fit at the waist. The goatskin will form to my body contour closer than a stiff horse or steer hide.

Beyond stunning. At this point I somewhat even prefer goat to any other hide. If it'd age as readily, there'd be no competition. You won't regret getting this!

I keeping the Cascade It's a dark brown heavy steer, the heaviest I've handled by Langlitz and I've thrummed the use jacket rack in Langlitzs' Portland shop. I did offer it to Ton a couple of weeks ago and now gad he turned it down. The Cascade is my go-to cool-weather riding jacket. I have ridden with my goat Columbia but generally, use it for casual wear.
