Paul, love your hair! Also the skirt is really neat and classy. And I must say - although I'm one of those radical non-smokers - you look really cool with the cigarette.

Paul, I love it! You look lovely and very well put together. Everything fits just right. I love the pop of color lining on your clutch.

Oh, Paul, I think this is your best look ever! The longer hair suits you very well. This is also a look that could easily be modern if you needed to blend with the crowd, just by changing accessories. Lovely! As for styling wigs, that's difficult. I have a collection of wigs and hair pieces. My recommendation is that if you are serious about a vintage look, invest in a human hair wig. Human hair can be set and colored but are VERY pricey. With fake hair, you have to stick to very classic styles that don't look too modern. The one you are wearing in this picture looks like a nice pageboy style that mimics 40s style quite nicely.

Yes I agree maybe it's a turning point and time to start doing loads of reserach into vintage hair styles now and how they can be created.
Thank you kamikat.

I got my wife a couple of Shabby Apple dresses and they are pretty nice.

This one suits her very nicely:

Paul - I agree, that is the best look I've seen you do. And I really think the wig looks great! It looks like a classic pageboy style, very Lauren Bacall.

Chasseur - I love Shabby Apple! Your wife looks lovely.

Nomanolo - That is a great summer look. I love the skirt and the bag!

MissNathalieVintage - That dress is gorgeous. You look darling!
