Ladies Scarves

One of my favorite scenes from one of my favorite movies is when Virginia Mayo tries the french scarf in different ways that Dana Andrews brought her from Paris in "The Best Years Of Our Lives"

I looked at what has been posted and desided I wanted to try these things out. So here are the pictutes I took, please excuse the mess I am in the process of moving back in with my parents after college.

This one you need to have a strong strapless bra under it helps alot.

Do You Wear A Scarf When You Go Out?

I remember my Grandmother always putting on a scarf to keep the wind blowing her hair. I found some nice ones this week but I have a question:
What about the tags on the scarves? Should I cut them of carefully?

I wear scarves pretty much everyday, usually in my hair or tied round my bag mostly, i also have a bandana in my bag at all times, as i have a child and a dog, so it's pretty much been used for everything from emergency sunhat to emergency dog lead! I don't cut the labels on my scarves if they have them, they are mostly vintage and i like to keep them as they are, just tie them so they don't show, or tack them to the scarf if they tend to stick out a bit. x

That's what I was thinking...it's weird that "Bernie's" used a black tag on a sheer pink scarf though!
