Vintage Betty, you rock my world! My husband hates Halloween, so I never really get to do anything for it, and I love it so. "The Dark Garden" sounds like a wonderful way to celebrate this spooky month!

I'm so glad you like it! I made the mistake of opening up the first page before sending it to you, and I immediately got sucked into that book! You almost didn't get it. One hand had to pry it out of the other hand and slap it away.

I mailed the hat off yesterday, so it's on it's way to Paisley now!

It arrived at my house on Saturday. It's just been really busy at work the past few days (October 15 is a big accounting day--401(k) audits are due).

How do you secure this hat to your head? It came with a little strap, but I'm not sure how to use it.

I used regular bobby pins to secure it to my head and it worked pretty good.

I'll try little jaw clips; they work well for my hair.
