This one had its original reciept for the hat and an Eldon Rain guard with pocket pouch! Too cool.
I especially liked the receipt because we always have issues dating our vintage hats. This one has 1 7/8" brim and was sold in 1967.
I scored this on ebay a few years ago and paid more than I should have - I shouldn't have even bid because it's 7 3/8 and I am really a 7 1/2....but it was so pristine I had to have it. It fit, but more snugly than I prefer and worse, as a stingy worn too high above a 'full' face.....well, just was not the best hat look, shall we say!
Well, long story short - I've never worn it so it's silly to hoard it in the closet - it's up for grabs. Please feel free to PM with any questions.
