Great little Helle robrinay. Is there any evidence of the former knife making glory left in Sheffield now?

Hard to beat an original Marbles Renault, unless it was in it's original sheath too! There's a reason they are called "Ideal".
Yes Mike they still make cutlery pocket and sheath knives here but on a much smaller scale than 'back in the day'.

Agree V.C., very nice and collectable too. I used to collect the XX USA time frame and at a knife show I was made an offer I couldn't refuse for the whole collection. Curious to know what you paid for yours but don't feel obligated to reply.
