US Wings will be producing KANGAROO A2, G1 and Indy Style jackets in July. KANGAROO is the strongest and lightes leather. There is a limited supply so shop early.

Wow. Do you work for the company?

You really should have learned to curb you sarcasm by now.

The lounge has many international members who post in English even though it may not be their first language, and native speakers, who, like yourself, are clueless as to how they come across sometimes.

Give they guy, and yourself, a break.

Rkruty's first post was: Look for a lot of new things this year from US WINGS. A brand new web site will launch next week

Sounds like he's connected in some way to the company and my initial comment holds. It wasn't sarcasm it was evidence based observation and I welcome being proved wrong. And Otter, you are totally welcome to agree with B.J. I like the fact this site can generally handle robust differences of opinion without getting silly.

rkruty lists his location as Hudson, Ohio, same as US Wings. And 1.5 seconds on Linkedin finds a Robert Kruty as VP of Sales at US Wings. These may comprise what some would call a "clue."

Do you think? Thanks for putting in the 1.5 seconds. :D

There's a market for US Wings and I agree with gtdean48 that a civilian jacket with no cargo pockets might sell well for them. A budget half-belt perhaps. I think Schott make most Wings jackets so they are a solid product.

But that statement completely contradicts this one that you made earlier;
'Carefull feltfan. Big J may be watching and try to impose his idea of the moral high ground.'

Seriously mate, you want to give the sarcasm a rest. it's boring, and you come across as a bully.

I agree he is curt and disagreeable but that's a part of his charm. For me 'bully' is a bit too much. IMO this site needs a few cranky Cs like Seb to keep it from degenerating into a total love-in.

I have a kanagaroo wallet btw (the Hugo Boss one in brown), which is very nice and if I could have a jacket from the exact same stuff I defo would

I don't have a dog in this fight, but actually YOU have been wrong in accusing Seb Lucas off bullying Rkruty and inventing all kinds of excuses for the latter, being not a native English speaker and all. Seb Lucas was spot-on right, the guy works for the company and does some kind of clandestine viral marketing (or what he thinks that is) without openly saying who he is and for whom he works, as would be appropriate for a vendor.
If you are angry because you've been fooled that easily, be angry about yourself and do not try to kill the messenger. ;)

I'm 'not angry because I've been fooled', I'm just annoyed with Seb's constant sarcasm, and protests that he 'didn't mean to offend' (rinse, repeat).

Really? Why? Internet bullies who pretend that they just 'have a strong opinion' and 'didn't mean to offend', are a dime a dozen.
