Just bought a four square house

Hi All,

We just bought a 1905 four square house in Bellingham and will turn to the Lounge for help over the years. It looks to be fairly original but we will have questions about the woodwork style, colors appliances etc. as we move in and fix her back up. Fortunately, a lot of our antiques and cars will fit right in decor wise. I will take a lot of pictures and upload them this weekend. So who else has a four square house here, I would love to see pics of styles and colors so we can compare and possibly emulate.

She has some serious issues but we feel she is worth it. Has a lot of original parts still attached in the house. Going through usual inspection/offfer/counter offer etc. now.

Looks fantastic with great original items and plenty you can do to restore.

I 'm really looking forward to seeing your project develop.

Back in '15/'16 when we did a lot of restoration work on our 1928 coop, we posted a bunch of progress pics here. The feedback was great.

Well, I was going through the VA and they would not underwrite the loan due to the issues it has. So that one fell through. OH well, onto the next house, hopefully a split level made in 69.
