Well, as some of you know by now, I’m no longer a “Bartender” here at the Lounge. Nope, I was getting pretty burned out and I had a long talk with MK on the phone last week… he could tell my passion was being sapped by responsibly and politics. He and I both agreed that a brake was in order.

I want to thank MK for the opportunity to have served the Lounge. To have been a part of something so special, it was a deep honor. Maybe some day I’ll step behind the bar again… who knows but, that’s not important to me now.

So, in short, consider me a regular Joe, I’m looking forward to going back to my “Root’s” and being what I was when I started.

You all know you’re more then welcome to PM me with questions about vintage or golden era related things… I’m here for you guys!

Oooooh, that sounds EVIL! I LOVE IT!!! lol Chocolate coke with a scoop of ice cream... I can feel my pants getting tighter just at the thought of such a treat!lol

For those who don't know what a Chocolate coke is, it's just chocolate syrup mixed with regular Coca Cola... it's been a fun soda fountain drink since the 1920's!
