well johhny takes his own spin on things and i applaud him for doing so. Ya we all like the gentleman dressing, but at least he is one of the only actors with at least somewhat a taste for how men use to or should dress. and really from what i have known of and seen lol that recent grey fedora really is one of the only two that look beat up. previously he had that brown borsalino that was nice, and another brown one before that. but ya im sure its a fake article or bending the truth a bit lol

Totally unacceptable that she said that... in my opinion and who the hell is she to tell Johnny D to ditch his hats. I quite like them and they suit him. It really grinds my gears that she has the audacity to tell him to ditch his hats....

Heck it was because of that tattered grey fedora that I searched for and found my own Stetson Whippet. Mine is almost like his, sans the holes. But when I got it, the hat was a bit of a train wreck. I may not have as many as Depp, but he was an inspiration to me for my small collection. And I know my wife would never ask me to get rid of them. In fact she may be planning to purchase some customs from time to time for me. But, yeah I think she would draw the line at buying one off of a homeless person. Even I wouldn't do that unless I recognized the hat as some rare specimen that could be good and cleaned and reablocked to original glory.

It is funny that the story is Nation Enquirer fodder.

I'm lucky, my missus encourages me to follow my passion for hats. She even bought my Lock & Co "Madison" which didn't come cheap. If you need to change something about your spouse, they're not the one for you. Johnny: either ditch the hats along with your independence, dignity and style OR ditch her. I know which one I'd prefer.
