Description: A black leather jacket made by Joe McCoy (a sub-brand of The Real Mccoy’s). Made from top quality materials as you would expect from The Real Mccoy’s. Made in Japan. This jacket has the nicest grain of any jacket I’ve ever seen.

As per the Standard & Strange website:

The Dead Wood is a 1970's style jacket from the Joe McCoy's sub-brand of The Real McCoy's. To be more specific, much of the inspiration for this particular style comes from the work of San Francisco's East West Musical Instruments Company (yes, they made leather jackets; no they did not make musical instruments.) Milder than most of the output of that particular company, this piece still has incredible details, such as the multi-panel back and the complex pockets.
The black tea-core, semi-aniline finish exterior is lined with smooth luxury-quality rayon. Each jacket is cut and sewn, start to finish by one operator at The Real McCoy's.
Runs small, size up.
