Jamie Foxx in an interesting suit

That's what I thought, but it's much more tailored and restrained. In fact it reminded me of the long jacketed stuff in that Thom Browne collection I liked.

But with longer pants.

Akin to a frock coat sans waist seam. The trousers? With that length I suppose the floor gets a free polish. The outfit looks as though he borrowed it from his taller brother (if he has one).

There is a baptist church on my corner. I grew up seeing well dressed African American church goers wear this style.
