Is this a Hollywood Shirt?

I am trying to get this whole thing down of the Hollywood jacket theme down. Then I ran across this shirt. Is this considered Hollywood? It was made in CA! the label reads Alfie California. What age would this be? 50's? Many thanks in advance.

The print on the shoulders reminds me of a Burberry t-shirt I saw the other day -- it had their check print on the shoulders in a similar fashion. I'd never seen that done elsewhere before.
