iPods! Yay!

there are loads of gadgets for the ipod ...for mine i have : fm radio tuner , itrip for the car , tune juice2 which doubles the battery life , solid aluminium case becasue i work in engineering .

loaded on it i have all my photographs (a lot) , various movies ranging from early carry on right thru to hairspray and loads and loads of 1940's radio dramas which are updated dailly

One absolutely essential accessory for any iPod is an AC power adapter. My one major complaint about the iPod has always been that you have to buy this separately. I find my battery usually starts to get low at about the same time I'm ready for bed, and it was always irritating to have to decide whether or not to leave the computer on overnight just to charge my iPod.

I have an AC adaptor, but I found the iHome clock radio to be a nice solution. It charges my I-Pod and plays the music through the speakers. I don't have a stereo in my bedroom, so I can listen to music while in bed or reading or playing X-Box (the living room has the stereo, the big tv and the PS-2 and XBox 360).
