I saw this in the store and it had a back belt and an action back, but sadly not in my size. You'd think dept. stores would keep in stock medium sized clothing but apparently not...?
Wish there were better pictures, including a back shot.

I actually saw two different jackets, one by Tasso Elba, and one by Cubavera. One of them had side pleats, one had center, I forget which had which now, but they were both promising, sadly neither were in my 40R/meduim size. The Cubavera one also had.. not sure what the word for it is, front sewn down "straps" as seen on Norfolk jackets. Am I able to make sense with the lack of a decent clothing vocabulary?!

I stopped by Macy's to see this jacket.
It is a belted back with a center pleat.

The belt was slightly low for my waist. The material was a brown herringbone. The store also carried a gray material and courduroy.
Sale price $112.00.
I was not crazy about the elbow patches.

I'm not crazy about the western yoke, reminds me of my Peterman jacket, but still, for only $120 that is an awesome jacket!

On that style I think the leather patches are one detail too much. Overall, it's pretty sharp, though.

Some fellow sold me this awesome tweed belted back jacket with elbow patches... Wait a minute!

^I don't think yours has flap buttoned pockets, though. I'm not against leather patches, per se, just that they seemed to have found every possible detail they could and put them on there. I'm surprised it doesn't have a throat latch.

I'm nitpicking. It's a nice coat.

Macy's also has the Tasso Elba Hunter's Jacket in brown herringbone on sale online.
I'm waiting for a local store to call back and tell me if they have it in my size.
If they do, I'm buying one tomorrow.
If not, I'll order one online.

(Maybe I can remove the elbow patches and use part of one to make a throat latch.)

I passed on it. The fit was not quite right and I did not like the elbow patches.

I looked it up on their website and it seems to be available only in XL.

If you can get to a Macy's store they carry the M, L sizes.
