Info on Alexander Leathers Jacket Horween Steerhide

Hi everyone, my name is Leonardo, this is my first thread. Please forgive me if I am breaking any Forum's rules.

I recently purchased a second hand leather jacket from Alexander Leathers (currently the company is called Simmons Bilt from what I understood) and I was very curious to know what is the hide used, and more especifically if the hide used is some kind of Chromexcel or just a regular steerhide from Horween.

I wrote Simmons Bilt's customer service but I haven't received a reply.
Maybe someone has any experience/knowledge to share on this regard?

I am attaching some pictures, maybe this is a kind of custom made jacket because the internal label mentions a boutique that is no longer open - otherwise I'd try my luck and contact them. The seller wasn't able to help me on this neither.

Thank you! I got it in the end of summer in 2023, been wearing it extensively. I think it's pretty fully broken in, I don't feel any need for it to become more comfortable, only the pattern/measurements are the remaining limiting factor.
