I'm not sure but by the looks of it, could be.

Another thing is, now that they have acquired on an earlier(st?) original Indian Ranger leather jacket, that's the version they've been doing since. They've entirely replaced their previous model with it. You can also notice that the jacket on the pic I posted has pocket "piping", while the current verison Aero is making - and the one you got - doesn't.

So it could be that this earliest Indian Ranger indeed didn't have the female snaps behind the lapels.
