Inaugural Hats

[Fed in a Fedora]

In watching the events of the day, I saw a number of people with head coverings appropriate for the damp and cool weather.

One Open Road on a former Vice President, SCOTUS member with an interesting cap, a very nice tan Fedora with a variation of a centerdent, several Aussie styles turned down front and back, and a couple of stingy brims.

Anyone else see hats of note?

Maybe hats are making more of a comeback.

I happened to observe that Kellyanne Conway was sporting a bright red hat as well. Her hat just happened to catch my eye, that's all I noticed of course.

I only saw a short bit, but did notice a few fedoras, a couple westerns, and a couple outbacks, as well.

Which former veep had the OR? Cheney?

I was just thinking of starting a thread on this. When I pointed out to my wife the nice fedoras and western hats that some were wearing she responded with, "They're old men, though." Well, so am I!

I was able to see a few hats that looked like Akubra hats, aside from what have been shown in these posted pictures. It was great to see as many as were shown on television...
