Good Day, Kind Hat Lovers. I am new to hats and need information. Have purchased an Imperial Stetson. On the sweat band along with the Stetson Crest is a stamp of the Canadian Leaf made up of triangles, with the inscription " Centennial of Canadan Confederation" 1867-1967. This, along with Crest, and size tag point to the hat being made in Cananda the year of 1967. Could any one give more information on this hat?
Being a noob I can't even tell if it is wool or fur felt. Out side of hat is in great shape but the liner has some staining as you would see in most older hats. Is there any way to home clean the liner? It is too minor to send it to a pro, I would and do wear it as is. Thanks in advance. Ken

From the Stetson Quality Think Tank thread (All of these are fur felt starting with Royal) =
Next Generation, early 40's-60's I'm guessing is as follows

Royal
Royal DeLuxe / Royal Stetson DeLuxe
Medalist
Sovereign
Imperial
Premier

I'm not certain as to the placement of the "Medalist" and the "Premier"
