A friend of mine is interested in buying a double-breasted suit. He's a size 35.

I'm wondering; has anyone ever found a DB jacket in a 35, ever?
It's a deadly combination, I know.

I've been looking all over the internet and have not found a thing.

Any help would be appreciated. He just needs the jacket - doesn't care what color it is. Just a DB in a 35.

I've never found a modern suit in 35 (I too am a size 35). Have you tried the kids section? Size 18 is usually about right, but the styling is usually, well, obviously a child's suit.

He could go the online tailor route. Well worth it, since he'll never find anything off the rack below 36 (and those only in a very small number of stores)

I think mycustomtailor.com sounds promising. That's probably the best route as for size...not to mention he'll get a custom suit that he'll love.

Thanks for the kid's section idea, Kurtz...it sounds silly, but I think it could work.
As long as it isn't a bright blue double-breasted with notched lapels or anything...
