Ike Jacket?

Can anyone post pictures of Ike Jacket, along with its variations please? Maybe from your own collection? Seeing such short jacket frequently in war movies truly draws big interest in me. I'm planning to make myself one, as buying from US would be too expensive. Information about the suitable clothing material for the jacket, including the lining (if any) would be very much appreciated. Thanks

a typical Ike is made of 18oz serge wool
cotton lining. The colors vary.
Some officer's jackets are made of Elastique in a darker shade.

I recommend putting in the bi-swing back pleat common to the Officer tunic.
