Since I moved to my place little in the country 40 years ago. The urbanization growth is out of control. I now have 50 stop lights in 2 mile circumference where there was only 2. Thousand of postage stamp lots with 3-story home and limited parking. Many subsidized apartments, 9 Starbucks, 14 drug stores, a few big box stores and everything that goes with that. Homeless beggars at all major intersections.
If I had unlimited funds. I would hire a team as large as needed, throw as much money as needed to do to the politicians and council members neighborhoods as they have done mine.
