ID/info on 50s? Powr-House engineer boots

Does anyone know where I can get more info on these Powr House (MW) engineer boots? Based on the interior markings and heel stamp, I believe they’re from 1951, but I haven’t found much else on them. Any additional details would be greatly appreciated!
