What is wrong with the straw hat?

I was sort of prepared to pay more but I am pleasantly suprised. Gives me some leeway as to reblocking and cleaning funds.
When I get them I will post pictures---after they look decent again. You already have the before pictures.
Ther is nothing really wrong with the straw hat other than it is too small and it looks to be an unremarkable hat. I doubt it was ever worn by the Governor as it is too small. Probably just something thrown in to make to even 5 piece lots.
My interest was mostly in the Stetson Imperials. The others were interesting in varying degrees. Personalized hats are sort of rare and presentation hats are even more rare.
