I took a few pictures of what the area looks like after 30 years, the foundation he once stood on is now all eroded from time, but you can clearly see it's the same spot they filmed the scene from his movie Sudden Impact 1983

here's how the area looks today, it's been fixed up and has a nice walking trail and nice viewing area to sit
just beyond the curved cement structure is where Clint Eastwood is standing telling that guy nobody puts ketchep on a hotdog, I just looked at it today and the old foundation they were shown standing on looking out toward the ocean with Golden Gate Bridge to the right, it's still there but the dirt is all hollowed out from erosion
the stairs Clint Eastwood walks down goes to the Lands End Trail , part of the Golden Gate National Recreation area
