Oh, and BTW, I absolutely love that Stetson Christmas box on the top shelf. It's from 1949 and is just a classic. Nice!

I visited a retail hat store in downtown Birmingham about 3 years ago, and they had dozens of those rings piled up in a corner with other assorted packing materials - I didn't ask, but I suspect I could have absconded with quite a few just by asking. To them, these are packing materials to be thrown out.

Isn't besdor in your neck of the woods? He might have something for cheap of free you could use, or JJ Hat Center might be throwing things away...just a thought.

I really like this commercial application. Not quite as aesthetically pleasing as those above (JtH, Aureliano) but a much cheaper build out.
